Return Policy
At KHOOJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Order Inspection: When your order is delivered, we encourage you to carefully inspect the items before accepting the delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition or the product itself, you can refuse the delivery and initiate a return within 3 days from the delivery date.
Return Guidelines:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Return:
- If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery or after inspecting it, please contact our customer service team at 03081318959 or email us at khoojshop@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely with the original tags and packaging.
- Ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
- KHOOJ reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the return conditions outlined.
